ARVADA WEST HIGH SCHOOL - December 11, 2010

We tentatively perform at 12:46pm (the last 5A team to perform).
I need to be at the venue by 9am for a coach's meeting.
Our major competitors begin performing at 10:15am.

So, JV please meet at MHS at 9:15am
Leave the school in the carpool by 9:30 (approx 25 minute drive to venue)
Arrive at Arvada West by 10:00, meet at the entrance and come in as a team
Watch performances from 10:15 to 11:30 (this is the meat of our competition)
Mark the routine from 11:30 to noon.  (then bathroom break, fix hair/makeup)
Stretch and prepare for our warmup time 12:10 to 12:24
Check in at warmup 12:24
Warmup 12:32
Perform 12:46
Announce finalists 1pm
Watch finals from 1:30 to 2:30. (Or perform if we make it to finals).
Ready to return to MHS at 2:30 (or 3pm if we make finals.)

We will need drivers to and from the event. Parents please bring the spirit posters that we made for regionals. ( I will bring the ones that I have), and be prepared to make some noise for our girls.
